The Harrison Assessment is a very good way of commencing the coaching process. It forced me to face questions about my career that I would not have otherwise confronted.  I found this very positive.

Fran recommended that an improved network would assist in finding my next role and on this advice I started to speak with colleagues about the types of roles available. This led to being approached for a new role which I have now been offered/accepted.
