On-site notification support

Most Managers are inexperienced in delivering the exit messages particularly if there are a large number involved. Preparing your script and being there on site to spend time with those leaving is all part of the available service. Easing the trauma and stress on all those involved is vital.

Individual programs from one month to three months including optional Harrison Assessment tool.

All individual programs give the employee the necessary knowledge and marketing tools to seek out another job. The longer the program the more support is provided by the career transition coach. One month is 6 hours, two months is 12 hours and three months is 16 hours. Harrison Assessments is recommended for greater career awareness and can cost as little as $165 incl GST for career reports, however if the budget is restricted then Your Career Coach has a plethora of assessment exercises that will give the employee greater clarity about their direction.

Executive Programs using Harrison Assessment and providing ongoing support for 6 to 12 months.

Often the people in higher level senior roles need more time to place themselves into the ideal new role. This can be due to the reduced number of higher salaried positions available in the market place, an individual’s preference not to move away for a new opportunity, length of time the person has been in the company and whether they have maintained their network and so on. Our experience shows that a 6 to 12 month program is ideal for the Senior Executive.

One and two day workshops for 8 to 12 employees.
