Career Assessment

As a career coach I show people how to determine what they will like or dislike in a career. I do this by using a Career Suitability Assessment, which is easy to do and only takes about 25 minutes.

The short version of how this assessment works, is that it measures more than 200 characteristics of your personality to determine what you enjoy doing and don't enjoy doing in a job. It then compares your personality against the characteristics required in 600 different careers to find the careers that you are most suited to. This means the careers you will enjoy the most and are likely to be good at.

It's a bit like road testing 600 careers in 25 minutes!  I know that sounds amazing, but then so is this questionnaire. But more on that later!

Once you know the careers you are suited to, you then select the ones that interest you most and find out more about them by researching on the Internet and through other resources. This then gives you all the facts and information you need to make an informed and reliable decision about which career to finally pursue.
