Fran provides coaching expertise that draws on a broad range of talent and experience in leadership, management, teaching, training, consulting and business ownership. With a career spanning 30 years, Fran has coached individuals and teams in a management capacity as well as in a consultant or training role. Her clients have ranged from blue collar to senior management and she brings the additional and invaluable experience of working with the public, different cultures and diverse socioeconomic groups. Fran has gained broad operational, human resource and management consulting credentials and has facilitated training in strategic planning, team development, conflict, communication, performance, change and time management.
As a past member of local, state and national boards Fran has been at the forefront of change and influence and has gained a high level of credibility and respect for her achievements. Reporting to Boards of Management in the not for profit and public sector, she has honed her skills in understanding the complexities of Governance and developing effective relationships with board members.
During the past 8 years as a career transition consultant , Fran has worked with clients from Telstra, AGL, Origin, Mobil, Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Santos, Elders, CBA, ANZ, IBM, Tower Trust as well as Local, State and Commonwealth Government Departments. Her assignments have taken her to Asia and Australia.
Prior to undertaking consultancy work, Fran managed expanding organisations as well as those facing economic and resource downsizing. She successfully transformed an unprofitable (near bankruptcy) and floundering community organisation to one that was financially sound and recognised with a State Award within a 2- year period. As a manager and owner of small to medium organisations, she has been accountable for all aspects of organisational development including business strategy planning, policy review and development, organisational change, performance management, marketing and promotion, training and development.
In addition to the Corporate Coaching qualifications, Fran is a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute, she has a Bachelor of Business, Human Resource Development as well as tertiary qualifications in teaching and training. She is a Disributor and accredited practitioner in Harrison Assessments. Fran was a finalist in the SA Telstra Business Women Awards in 1997.
